The previous owner had left a variety of window keys but none fitted this lock, which was clearly why it had been left like that! I emailed Replacement Keys who asked me to send a clear photo of the lock which I did. They speedily replied explaining which key would fit & included a link on their website to the correct key. I placed my order mid afternoon & by the next morning the keys had arrived & they fitted! The cost was just under £9 & the service was impeccable.
