Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please email us ( prior to returning any item(s), as we may be able to assist you if there is a problem. Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received and inspected.

Please follow this refund procedure:

  • Ensure you email us before returning any items, detailing the nature of the return request.
  • Please include your order number and your contact details.
  • It is your responsibility to sufficiently package the returning items to ensure they arrive back to us safely and in good condition. In most cases you can send it back in the original package, but please ensure it is securely sealed.

If there's a fault with a product

  • If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, we'll give you a replacement or a refund.
  • If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Consumer Contract Regulations

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for orders placed via the internet. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification such as keys cut to code. To cancel, you can email us within 14 working days commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).
