Process easy, goods arrived promptly in good condition BUT when tried out the shaft of the key is too short (shorter than originals supplied) and sometimes won't engage. Our doors are old and thicker than standard. That's WHY we have security bolts - you can't get modern high-security doors for old, non-standard apertures. Moral - DON'T SKIMP! | |
