I sent a picture of window lock I had no key for and they sent a key that fitted. A couple of years later in a new house I sent a picture of a key for a window and they sent me replacements fitted not problem. I got my front keys cut by using the key code. Each time keys arrived in a day or so and very reasonably priced. Thank you.
