| Anonymous 1/5 | Customer service pleasant and responsive but my 2 Ultion style keys did not fit my lock and their advice to oil it was incorrect. I took the keys to a local hardware store ( who I didn’t realise did Ultion) and they needed to be smoothed in the machine as had too many jagged edges. They fit perfectly then ! If I had gone there in the first place I would have saved myself time, money and hassle. | ||
| Andrew Charles5/5 | Bought two replacement Ultion keys from Replacement Keys. Having tried to do this previously from a different supplier I had reservations that they would fit ok. The keys were reasonably priced and arrived promptly. When I tried them hey worked perfectly. I’d recommend this company for any key replacements you might need. | ||
