I ordered a pair, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived since I am in the U.S. Unfortunately, the keys did not fit. However, my excellent customer experience continued as I contacted them to report the issue. They replied quickly with a number of suggested actions to try. None of them worked, so I replied back with that information. They very promptly refunded my money, and thanked me for my business!
