I needed to replace the battery keys for an e-bike and it was incredibly easy to do so (unlike with Halfords, who were not helpful at all). Also, the replacement keys were much better quality than the original keys, as they are entirely made of metal unlike the original key which had a plastic top which broke easily, hence the need for replacement. The only issue is shopping from Ireland, and since Brexit this now incurs customs and duty payable. Small price to pay, though. | ||

I had not got a picture of the key, but I knew the number on the barrel so thought I'd chance it to see if they could work their magic. Absolutely amazing quality, great communication, quick turnaround and all round good prices. I asked Timpsons to cut me a key, one said they could, another said they wouldn't try.
