I did email them explaining they were the wrong keys - they sent keys for a car rack and I needed them for a desk cupboard. They agreed to send replacement ones - due to the second Lockdown, I am not at work yet, but am hoping they are the right ones this time. Their service seem excellent - lets hope I have the correct keys this time. I wont know till December! |
