As he is an inveterate fiddler I was very worried he would soon work out how to open the window which was in his bedroom. Googling away, I discovered to my surprise that you might be able to obtain a new key simply by sending a photograph of the window's handle. I contacted Replacement Keys on a Sunday, had a response the same day (beyond the call of duty - I was expecting maybe Monday), and had confirmation that the key was sent off on Monday. It did take until Thursday to arrive, but I suspect that may have been more to do with Royal Mail than with the company. In any event, it arrived in good time for my needs - and, most importantly, it worked and I now have a lockable window! Brilliant! I am now looking to order back-up keys for other windows around the house. V impressed with fuss-free service. Thank you. | |
