I was kept fully informed my email notifications. So excellent service. Although I am not complaining about the cost, I do find it annoying that it is almost as expensive to buy 2 replacement keys as it is to purchase an entire new lock which comes with 2 keys. | ||

These keys didn't work in the door but the Replacement Keys Team found another supplier and sent 2 more as soon as they could. The Team did all the could to supply keys that worked.
