When I received the first set, which they were able to produce using the serial number on the original key, they worked perfectly. The serial number on the second set, however, did not match any on their system for this particular brand of key, so they asked for photos of the key and emailed me instructions on how to get the best photo. I followed their advice and sent them the photos. When I received them, they also worked perfectly. The order and the emails dealing with the second set and the delays in delivery due to the postal strike and the Christmas holidays were all dealt with promptly and courteously. In short, they provided excellent service! | |
