Unfortunately, the replacement keys were different to the damaged remaining item. Sent a message pointing out the differences between the keys. The response was very quick with an apology and asked that photos be sent showing both keys side by side. This was done and the keys were replaced immediately with keys having a different cut number to that on the lock which was used initially. The replacement keys were received within 48 hours and glad to inform that they worked perfectly with a very smooth action. I am pleased to be in a position to report on the excellent service provided by Replacement Keys Limited and would not hesitate to highly recommend their services.
