Sent some photos of the handles and locks. 4 keys were suggested as a possible fit. I ordered all 4 keys. Nice quick delivery and yes one of the keys was the right one. It would be helpful if your help would speak on the telephone if after several attempts by email to get things clear, it was obvious that that wasn't going to work by email whereas a quick word on the phone would save a lot of time. The keys all went into the lock but none of them turned it so unfortunately I have to return them all. Your refund policy is very reassuring in this respect and we will always come back to you for replacement keys. The purchase process and shipping worked very well. David Martin |
