Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please email us prior to returning any item(s), as we may be able to assist you if there is a problem. Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received and inspected. Any postage charges will not be refunded for goods supplied correctly to order.
Keys cut to code cannot be returned under any circumstances. We cut the keys using the information you give us and cannot be responsible for non-working keys due to incorrect information or faulty non operating locks.
If there's a fault with a product:
• If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, we'll give you a replacement or a refund.
• If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
Distance Selling RegulationsUnder the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for orders placed via the internet. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification such as keys cut to code. To cancel, you can email us within seven working days commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).
