Which key do I need?
We can try and help you identify which key you need. Please check our key identification help page for more information.
Do you sell any other keys, which aren’t listed?
Yes. We have access to thousands of different keys and products, so please contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. You can order online securely using a any credit / debit card or paypal.
Can I pay by cheque?
Sometimes. If your order is over £100.00 and you cannot pay by credit / debit card or paypal then please email us with details of exactly what you would like to order (including key codes).
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Please contact us for discounts which may be available for purchasing keys in large quantities.
How much is delivery?
£1.92 Including VAT for Royal Mail, First Class. This is a flat rate delivery price.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We send out orders first class by Royal Mail usually within 48 hours of receiving payment. Large bulk or special orders may be sent using courier or Royal Mail special delivery and may take longer to be shipped. Orders made outside of business hours and on or before weekend or bank holidays may take a little longer.
What if the key doesn't work what should I do?
Firstly don't force the key. If the key inserts but doesn't turn and the lock has not been used for a period of time you can try applying some penetrating fluid (WD40) to the lock and wriggle the key from side to side to start the mechanism working. Otherwise please contact us for further help.
How do I return items for a refund?
Items can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. Please notify us first that you intend to return the item(s) as we maybe able to assist you if there’s a problem. Special orders and keys cut to code can not be returned.
